The Spurs Inclusive Soccer League is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help create an incredible soccer experience for athletes of all abilities!
Our league brings together youth and adults with and without disabilities to learn, play, and grow as one inclusive team. Volunteers play a vital role in helping every athlete feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated throughout the season.
Volunteer Responsibilities
- Assist athletes during warm-ups, skill activities, and games
- Encourage and support athletes on and off the field
- Help coaches with drills, equipment, and team organization
- Assist with athlete check-in and jersey distribution
- Support special events, photos, and game-day activities
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment for every participant
No Experience Needed!
You don't need to be a soccer expert to volunteer. We'll provide all the guidance and training you need—just bring a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and a passion for serving others.
