Help Us Create Meaningful Moments for Athletes of All Abilities
The Spurs Inclusive Sports League, in partnership with Morgan’s, is gearing up for another incredible season — and we’re looking for passionate, positive, and reliable volunteers to help make it unforgettable!
Our league brings youth with and without disabilities together as one INCLUSIVE team, and our volunteers play a huge role in making every athlete feel supported, celebrated, and empowered.
Whether you love sports, enjoy working with kids, or simply want to make a difference in our community, we’d love to have you join us
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
- Assisting athletes during skills stations and games
- Providing encouragement and one-on-one support to athletes
- Helping with jersey distribution and check-in
- Supporting photo stations and helping families line up
- Assisting coaches and staff with event flow and transitions
- Helping create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants
No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help. Training and guidance will be provided on-site.

Spurs Inclusive League Volunteer Training

The Spurs Inclusive League Volunteer Training is designed to prepare coaches, volunteers, and staff to confidently support athletes of all abilities in a respectful, inclusive, and empowering environment.
This interactive training provides an overview of inclusive sports principles, disability awareness, communication strategies, and best practices for creating positive experiences on and off the court. Participants will gain practical tools to foster understanding, teamwork, and belonging—ensuring every athlete feels safe, valued, and celebrated.
