Help Us Celebrate and Develop the Coaches Who Shape the Game
Spurs Sports Academy is proud to partner with San Antonio Grand Nationals, one of the nation's premier youth basketball tournaments, by hosting the official Coaches Check-In Experience at the Spurs Impact Center. As coaches from across the country arrive in San Antonio, the Spurs Coaches Circle will serve as a welcoming hub where coaches can connect, prepare for competition, and engage in unique Spurs-led experiences before tournament play begins.
Throughout the evening, coaches will participate in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, interactive activations, photo experiences, and a special panel discussion focused on leadership, culture, and the impact coaches have on young athletes. With hundreds of coaches expected to attend, volunteers will play a critical role in creating a seamless, engaging, and memorable experience for all participants.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers may assist with one or more of the following areas:
- Coach Welcome & Check-In
- Credential and Lanyard Distribution
- Parking and Wayfinding Support
- Photo Opportunity Activations
- Locker Room Experience
- PCA Training Support
- Hospitality & Coach Mixer
- Event Set-Up and Breakdown
- General Event Operations/Floater Support

Time Commitment: Approximately 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Additional event details, assignments, and arrival instructions will be shared with all confirmed volunteers prior to the event.
